Exchanges
Satisfaction of custom frames, prints or poster is acknowledged at the point of sale and pick up, no refund or exchange after this stage.
Retail Purchases
Standard retail items may be exchanged for goods equal to the value of the original article, or a Picture a Print Gift Certificate. All exchanges should have proof purchase, including date, amount and method of payment.
Pickups
Your satisfaction is important to us, we offer a pick-up only service at any of our conveniently located stores.
Delivery of fragile goods like custom frames and standard frames in good condition cannot be guaranteed by a third party.
